How did our company develop?
The company was founded in Miskolc by two Hungarian owners who previously worked in a market-leading insurer in the call center and customer relationship areas for about 14 years. High priority was given to high-quality telephone customer service and outbound campaign management, which sought to develop simple and convenient administrative processes for high-quality customer service. They are still working on this and provide high-quality service not only to the outsourced client but also develop IT solutions and stand-alone services for their clients.
